To answer the question, no, he doesn't. Civil rights laws don't protect one against being "discriminated" against due to one's political views.

If Colin could successfully sue, so could ever conservative actor in Hollywood denied a job because of his political views.

I respect Tim Tebow. NFL treated him worse. I didn’t hear him whine or think that he had PRIVILEGE and entitlement. He didn’t like what the NFL did. But he forgave and moved on.

Let's assume a complete worst-case-scenario that some completely corrupt judge orders the NFL to hire Colin Krapernick and put him back in a QB spot.

Is there anyone who thinks there's an offensive line in the NFL that will protect him?
