I failed Latin around 10th grade.
It just occurred to me a few months ago that I still use things I learned in that class despite failing it.
I remember Miss Emmabelle Jones telling me she would give me an A on any assignment if I would just bring one in for a change.

Yes, it’s called GRADUATING.
Guess, now, even those that *flunk* will be given some sort of ‘award’.
Won’t be too much longer before college degrees will be on the same level as HS diplomas.

Our valedictorian almost flunked out the first year in college. She never had to study in high school, so she didn’t know how. Had to learn on the fly.
