I'm delighted that he was forced to speak ENGLISH! French DESPISE doing that...EVER. They actually passed a law
banning anglicized terms such as "email," "fast food" and "blog" from being used.
Does Macron even realize that by speaking English in response to Trump is a massive white flag of surrender to the American Alpha Male? HILARIOUS!

Well, if they ban “Stop” on stop signs in France in favor of Quebeçois “Arrèt”, then I’ll certainly agree they have gone off the deep end with respect to antipathy towards Anglicization.
Of course for now, Macron’s “trolling” exposes him.
