Must be one amazing dog not to gobble those hotdogs before she could reach them to take them away. Unless she tied the dogs up first and went to pick them up.
Also it’s interesting how neatly the perp put the razor fragments in the hotdogs there instead of completely covering them.

I lean towards hoax, but who knows. Seems like those hot dogs were made pretty photogenic, you want to really do something scummy like this do this you put the slivers all the way in, right? Not sticking out of neatly cut segments so someone can see them or the dog can feel them in their mouth.

I don't know why having dog poop in your yard is such a big problem. I just pour a little bacon grease on the poop and the next day it is gone.
