My grandson is in sports in school (Christian school, btw) and he has had basketballs stolen, a phone, books, you name it... the kids take things that are not theirs. My son said don’t parents notice things like this and stop it.. no, it’s become okay to take things... and the talk is words that you’d think would not be allowed... but the parents talk that way also. So ya’ teach the kids to realize they are going to be different... that stuff is not allowed in our house! If you are the only one, be the best ‘only one’ and others will eventually follow.. maybe... but don’t rely on anyone else.
