I know we can learn from the mistakes off others, but that sounds depressing. And you want to profit from what is already spoken enough of in thousands of books?Chill out. I'm not writing an encyclopedia or rewriting other books. As it should be, I have my own take on this subject to take it in a unique direction.

Interesting proposition. When you include biblical persons and events, you accept them as fact. In doing so, you must accept the moral proposition that evil is in itself, the rejection of God and his laws. Adam and Eve cast the entire human race into this mess, so they should be first. They earned it. We earned it because their sin is imputed to us all. You are just journalizing the notable historical consequences of the first.
Don't forget pharaoh of Exodus fame; Saul, the first evil king of Israel; and Caiaphas, the High Priest the led the kangaroo court sending Jesus to Pilate.
But it all boils down to the rejection of God.

I was going to mention that.
Sometimes it’s necessary to fight evil with evil.
Vlad Dracula in MY mind, and that of many others, is that he was a HERO. Sure, he killed a lot of his own people but, like the (EVIL) editor of the (EVIL) New York Times said about Stalin’s purges and Holdomor “To make an omelette you have to break some eggs.” He stopped the Ottoman Caliphate dead in its tracks, giving Europe time to recoup then resist again.
We consider Romans feeding christians to lions as evil, but for Roman society “Schadenfreude” was high comedic art where watching someone’s suffering at the hands of gladiators was seen as mere entertainment.

* You omitted earth's pre-Flood population, who had become completely reprobate (excepting Noah+7):
"The LORD saw how great man's wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time...Now the earth was corrupt in God's sight and was full of violence. God saw how corrupt the earth had become, for all the people on earth had corrupted their ways." Genesis 6:5, 11-12
* You omitted everyone:
"There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no one who understands, no one who seeks God. All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one." Romans 3:10-12 and
"...all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God..." Romans 3:23

A great continuing evil often overlooked is the Arab Islamic conquest and occupation of countries in M.E. and Africa, these are Arab countries.
A media that lies about everything.
A corrupt govt that robs it citizens to enrich itself, millions of govt employees.

Stop it. You are taking the fun out of one writing his own unique understanding of the history of evil. The Lord God Almighty’s own testimony on evil is sorely lacking, when pride and profit are at stake.
On writing in general, Solomon was experienced in the matter:
“And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh.” Ecc. 12:12
