To hear he has a brilliant legal mind - widely accepted statement and most agree.
“Faithful to the Constitution” NOT when it pertains to him.
When one ignores one rule/law/regulation - he’s likely to ignore others.

Just as TC was admired, Judge Nap was admired just as much.
That he seems to be losing his grip means one less warrior of high intelligence. Not stating ‘losing his grip’ as truth; only an observation. Politico might be smoking weed in the back room and pulled the Judge out of their hat singing “It’s Your Turn Now” in order to fill in the blanks on their ‘reporting’
Some have gone over to the dark side, some need sunglasses, some need a cane AND a seeing-eye dog.

Cruz would not be a disaster even if he ended up being an Earl Warren afterwards. You see the Rats would go to the mat fighting against him in confirmation-good for our side because there are none more articulate. The big battle for the 6th ‘conservative’ seat. Take the WEEK off from work and WATCH, even if it takes 2 weeks. I’ll betcha the Donald will INSTRUCT the nation to take the week off, even if he has to declare the entire time a national holiday. Make it Clarence Thomas/OJ II.
