I had no desire to even before the gay thing (not my type of movie).
Exactly, I mean come on. Seems like it is a live action musical love story based on a 20+ year old animated musical love story. This is a true chick flick, no matter if it is a tiny bit gay or a ton gay. It is driven by females and men taking females to see it to please said females.

Also, there have been plenty of movies for children that have gay like characters. This movie might be over hyped but those who want to avoid gay promoting agenda have been silent on all the other movies and tv shows.
