That should be the correct page.
He’s a TWC/Spectrum customer, so he risks them nuking his set-top box AND getting his cat pregnant if he clicks on that :)
Yes, I have XTV. Thanks.
As always, using bleeding-edge technology carries some risk - though the cat usually doesn’t mind. :-)
For British movies, Roku’s “Acorn” is terrific.
Thanks. I've previously checked them out, but found I've already seen most of what they have to offer.
I am happy to hear this. Bought a Roku on Black Friday and I don’t use it very much as I have Chromecast also.
Now that I can watch my Infinity on Demand on it, I will be using it more.
I have Roku, did a search for “Pear” and found nothing. If there’s a channel or a way that I can get FNC and FBC on for free, I need to know how to access it. Thanks.
MB, one more time, please, Sir?
Here are 2 ROKU channels that will give many many shows to watch for free: XTV and Channel Pear
After you add the channels you want you go to Roku> Settings> System> System update. Once updated you press the Home button on the Roku remote and you will see the new channels. You can move the icons in the order you want by highlighting them then pressing the ‘*’ button and you will see the option to ‘Move channel’. Press the OK button on the remote then use the arrow buttons on the remote. Press the OK button when done.
Channel Pear - create a login account so you can add channels.
Free accounts have a maximum of 5 media sources at one time in your Library at any one time. Remove some at their website and add others.
Go to ‘Help’> Roku to pair up the Roku box so it sees what you select.
Click on ‘Library’ along the top to see what you do have.
http://channelpear.com
Go to ‘MediaDB’ along the top and click say ‘Most Popular’
You can right and open in a new tab or just click on the channel to add.

I thought I’d thanked you and MB but I can’t find my post .....so thank you for making me aware of Pear and for so kindly asking MB on my behalf. May only good things come your way.
May God bless each and every one of us.

Thank you so much for posting this regarding Pear and for adding the info on XTV. Txhurl had asked you for this on my behalf and I really appreciate the time and effort each of you took to make me more knowledgeable about the new world of streaming. May only good things come your way.
I’m gonna ping you to paste the Pear directions the next time a FReeper asks. Pay it forward :)
