Notice that Melania covers her arms. The Mooch never wore an outfit with sleeves. It must have taken her handlers hours to get her ready with her fake hair, fake eyebrows, all that makeup and stuffing her into those clothes. Melanie probably does her own make up and picks out her own clothes-effortlessly.
