Yup. Add in the likelihood of no father present and a mother/grandmother who turns a blind eye because they're good kids and dindu nuffin. Little psychopaths torturing animals and thinking nothing of beating up other people are the result.

Disgraceful. I have to say, the police did a very good job in rounding these three ‘people’ up so quickly. Of course, there are still some cities where many police officers know who the townfolk are or where they probably live at.
It took a lot of courage for that Vet to speak up for the turtle, one of God’s innocent creatures.
The oldest one was 24 years old, and still torturing turtles, something I would expect of a seven or eight year old boy!
