Not having the problem. Don’ t watch NFL.
In before aliens guy.
I have Comcast cable and occasionally have this happen.
I call Comcast and they send a signal to my box to correct the problem.
One time that didn’t help so I had to talk with one of their tech people. They sent a stronger signal and that worked.
Wind, probably..
My problem is local and has nothing to do with solar storms, EMP’s or other things. Memphis’s local FOX affiliate and Directv can’t get their act together which means we’re not getting the Dallas/Phiily game. Since we were scheduled to get it, Directv blacked it out as well. So we here are SOL. Of course, that means when the NFL games are over on FOX, we still don’t have the local FOX station. The entire situation sucks. I wish I was having some of everyone’s problems instead. I could live with them.
We have that trouble here in the boonies whenever the
weather is acting up any place near us.
Our Uverse does this regularly. Not quiet bad enough to leave UVerse behind but we have thought about it.
I’m on antenna and the only problem I have is the Cowboys are playing like they did 2 years ago.
Could be any of: satellite signals to your cable provider; problems at your cable provider and/or their signals into your cable-box; problem with your cable-box; problem with the connection between your cable box and your set. The only things YOU can control are the cable box, TV & related connections. So ...
1. Double check the connection IN to your cable box from your provider;
2. Double check the connection FROM your cable box TO your TV.
3. Disconnect the power to your cable-box and TV, leave alone for a minute or so, then put power back on to both of them. (cold re-start of both).
If none of the above, then log a problem with the cable-provider. If their problem, they’ll know about it then and work to correct it. If a problem “upstream” from them, they’ll let you know that too.
It came back to clear halfway through the 4th quarter. Must have been a local glitch. My Giants game follows The (hated) Eagles defeating the (hated) Cowboys. All the Dallas losses were in division, too; twice to the Giants and today to the birds.
I enjoy my football too much to shut it off because a few @$$e$ don’t show proper respect for the flag. Men fought and died for their right to act like @$$e$. Maybe someday they’ll catch wise.
Putin hates American football, so...
ROFL!!!!!!!!
You just cracked up me and my mom with Alzheimer’s! Your good deed for the day is done. Go out and be a bad boy now. Thanks for her giggle!
(To the OP, she is watching some football game on DISH with no pixels.)
One in D.C., the other a dozen or so miles away. Back when they were in their teens a friend of theirs got hold of our spare remote and was messing with my channels through a living room window, so I know whereof you speak!
Is it raining or snowing hard where you are? Pixilation happens when the digital signal is not streaming. The receiver is trying to keep up and cannot.
So, without knowing how you get your reception it’s impossible to answer your question.
HA HA HA!
Um guys?
It’s counting down...
