Obama is right here. A more diverse gene pool is more advantageous from an evolutionary adaptability perspective—ironic since Hitler’s main complaint against the US was that we are a “mongrel” population.

Actualy he’s not far from correct. If only he’d recognize the enormiy of that point. It also means no one else has to deal with the “diversity” we do and thus have no right to lecture about “fairness”.
The main reason the US has the advantage is using all these different types for their different strengths. Not so much mixtures.
