A lifelong republican never suddenly votes democrat unless they are bribed or threatened

“Daniel Akerson, former CEO and chairman of General Motors, says that he has always voted Republican.”
It lost something in the translation; what he must have said was:
Daniel Akerson, former CEO and chairman of General Motors, says that he has always voted Establishment, and will therefore vote for Clinton.
There: fixed it.

You mean life-long Globalist - party affiliations no longer mean squat.

Considering GM is now basically owned by the government, it was basically nationalized by the bailout, he really has no choice but to toe the government/socialist/new world order line.

A RINO government employee running Government Motors backs Hillary?
I’m shocked!
Another NWO/Uniparty sellout.
The LAST General Motors vehicle I bought was a ‘98 Silverado pickup.
It will be the last GM vehicle I ever own.

“In an op-ed article for the Washington Post, Akerson explains why he will vote Democrat for his first time ever this year”
he knows he’ll need more crony capitalist bailouts that hillary will give him, but trump won’t.

Was he the CEO of GM when they worked over the bond holders.

Was he the CEO of GM when they worked over the bond holders.
No. He was just the beneficiary in the aftermatch.
From Wikipedia:
Daniel Francis "Dan" Akerson (born October 21, 1948) is the former Chairman and CEO of General Motors, serving from 2010 to 2014. [...]In July 2009, Akerson was named to the board of directors of General Motors as a representative of the U.S. Treasury, which owns a 61% stake in GM.[10] On August 12, 2010 it was announced that Akerson would be the successor of Ed Whitacre as CEO of General Motors, starting September 1, 2010 and would also assume the Chairman of the Board position on January 1, 2011.

GM was bailed out by the Obama/Clinton Cartel with taxpayer money.

It’s not what I thought they’d want but it appears that GM and its shareholders do prefer an organizational chart with Obama at the top. Apparently, they don’t consider the performance of their stock when they measure for success.
