The sick boy committed sexual assault (grinding) and the government administrators are enabling such sexual assault. So sick boy uses the excuse of being “transgendered” as a means to cop a feel and get away with it.
I don’t think this goes over too well in the Iron Range.

Might be worth it for some hotshot prosecutor to launch criminal charges of accessory or whatever (not a lawyer, don’t even like the show “Law and Order”, so have no clue on terms and such like) against everyone in that school board and the senior school admin.
If nothing else, it’d make him famous.
If I were on a jury where a parent of one of those girls forcibly emasculated the “girl” in question of its manhood, I would NOT convict under any circumstances. Not with video evidence. Not with a signed confession. Get out of jail free card. A message needs to be sent.

Where are all those “good” teachers that everyone claims to be married to or knows?
My guess: There are no good teachers. There are evil teachers, stupid teachers, and Useful Idiot teachers.
The only way to stop this is not with lawsuits and other laws. It is by the majority group (these girls) to beat the snot out of the perp, then collectively witness each other as alibi, while swearing as to how he slipped on the shower floor on soap.
