A long term family home turning into a rental is not a bad thing per se, because it still provides housing.
The long term decline of home ownership, with many people having to sell homes and move in with others after 8 years of 15% real unemployment, IS a problem.
And I’ll say 1/6 of men out of the workforce IS a real problem - and cause for homelessness.

Homeless camps are invisible during democrat administrations, this has been true since AT LEAST the Carter administration. This is another clear indication that Trump is likely to win the election. There are no homeless people when Democrats are in the WH, but there are millions of homeless people when Republicans are in the WH. This is just setting the stage for the homeless that are going to be blamed on Trump and the GOP Congress.
