You may be on to something, in the video where she is out by van no one else is wearing sunglasses not even SS people.
In this other video at service I can only see 4 other people who have sunglasses on, probably all 4 are SS people. You can see about 50+ faces in video with no sunglasses on, one guy has sunglasses on top of his head. And there is Hillary with these dark blue reflective sunglasses on.

I watched video again and the woman behind Hillary, talking to her, has sunglasses on top of her head. She looks like woman holding Hillary up outside of van.
