“Get him, baby!”
These people are absolute human garbage.
“Mr. Courtier said he was angry the male produced a knife and thought about driving away from the scene, however [he] made a conscious decision to drive his vehicle towards and chase the black male, the document says. Mr. Courtier said.
Apparently Mr Courtier did not attend law school.
This sounds very much like Murder 1 to me...in which case, put 'em down!
The animals who murdered James Byrd got the needle, but that was in Texas. Oregon is a little soft on the death penalty. Too bad, this is some trash that really needs to be taken out.
Be admitted it was deliberate.
Murder should be enough to execute him. I don’t care if he murdered him because of his skin color or for his sneakers.
Assuming you meant "he" then that settles it.I could care less whether they killed the guy because he was black or because they were just having a bad day...my attitude remains "put 'em down".
Is anyone surprised by this? What did people think was going to happen under Obama’s “post-racial” garbage?
The deceased was a “good kid” . . . who carried a machete.
“The animals who murdered James Byrd got the needle, but that was in Texas. Oregon is a little soft on the death penalty.”
I believe they only executed one of Byrd’s murderers.
This guy won’t be executed, but it appears he said he committed First Degree Murder.
They will give him life, not need to attach the hate crime.
“The deceased was a good kid . . . who carried a machete.”
Mr. Courtier will have plenty of time to contemplate that issue while he spends the rest of his life in prison.
From his Facebook page.
“I’m an ass, I’m selfish, I’m controlling, and I’ll always blame everyone but myself. I looked in mirror today. Hell can’t teach old dogs new tricks”
“The deceased was a good kid . . . who carried a machete.”
Machetes are clearly not protected by the constitution.
If they’re guilty, they’re guilty. However, the Southern Poverty Law Center needs to shut up and stay out of it. This far-left, money-making operation uses “hate crimes” to push its own agenda, that being to fatten up the bank account and support the lavish life style of one Morris Dees, a con man of the first order. Dees is as phony as they come.
What if the black guy incited him, fought with him (lost), pulled a MACHETE, and the guy had reason to believe he was going to attack the vehicle?
“What if the black guy incited him, fought with him (lost), pulled a MACHETE, and the guy had reason to believe he was going to attack the vehicle?”
If that is the case, he can take the stand at his murder trial and explain what happened, but he would get crushed on cross-examination.
While he is on the stand, he might have a bit of a problem telling the jury why he told the police that he was driving away, and then made the conscious decision to run over the victim.
I hate long red lights. If I accidentally ran one, would that be a hate moving violation?
They all look so unhappy, maybe just bored. Valjar sez obongo is bored cause he’s soo smart. Reason of the like for the Australian baseball man’s murderer’s excused reason, bored also. Is that legal? The two possessive plurals that is.
