Let’s start by noting that people who agitate to change a team’s name, whether out of animal correctness or racial correctness, don’t actually care about that team. If they were real fans they would love their team with its traditional name. No, these goofy agitators are by definition unconcerned with the team and only concerned to make their politically correct point.

My god... what’s next?? A change of the Tampa Bay Bucs because Pirates were criminals or Minnesota Vikings because they (Vikings) are ‘white people’? Or maybe the Green Bay Packers because it was funded by a meat packer so PETA might want to change it..
