Yup. The only thing about a few country set up is the opening and closing ceremonies.
I actually read on a Facebook post that the Games should be hosted by Greece and it should be kept that way instead of having the Games rotate from country to country. It would provide Greece with an influx of money and business and also avoid all the drama associated with the changes.
