That is reason #1 that I wouldn’t vote for Yeb if you put a gun to my head.
He/She would have to ahead. Can’t be ahead of anything with their head buried in the @ss.
It may come as a shock to you but the rest of us have opinions too.
Expect to hear them when you say stupid things.
“I wouldnt want to be in that state.”
But yet you are. :-)
Wow, that must of been hard for the brother to share.
My hats off to him. May we never abandon this fight.
Chris, dehydration is the main theme of Hospice...a slow drifting off, not painful, not dramatic, and certainly not an injection to end everything immediately...its very accepted for those facing terminal cancer or other terminal diseases...

“You keep responding to me as if I want to talk to you. I dont.”
Looks like you just can’t help yourself. :-)
I just had a conversation this week with a “sister in Christ” who said she knew all about Terri. 1) She was hooked up to life support 2) She agreed with Jeb Bush not doing anything to save Terri’s life 3) She was a good friend of “the judge” as she was well established Republican party member in Pinellas County 4) Terri couldn’t even talk therefore she didn’t deserve to live. 5)Her Mom had food withheld and no IV’s and her death was so peaceful, although she tried to give her sips of water.
My attempts to reason with her as well as stating that my son was in a very similar cognitive state as Terri was and he was very much involved with us in spite of the fact that he was nonverbal did not seem to have any lasting impact on her. Nor did the scriptures regarding giving those who thirst drink and those who are hungry food. My final attempt was stating what Jesus said, “what you have done to the least of these is what you have done to Me”.
To say I was shocked and taken back that anyone I knew as a Sister could think such things and draw such conclusions was very upsetting. I have been praying for her since that conversation. May God have mercy on her and heal her from such evil and reprobate thought processes.
A similar such evil I bared witness to was the attempt in the fall of 2000 of a Catholic hospital in West Palm Beach to kill a newborn baby by withholding food from him. The family called to be his family was decried as pathetic the day God allowed a door to open up and get that baby compassionate appropriate care in Miami. The involved hospital staff was livid they did not succeed in sending him to the morgue. Pure evil!
This insanity is growing insidiously and yet rapidly. Come Lord Jesus quickly!
What Bobby Schindler has written is incredibly spot on, it is light shining in a very dark world. The darkness can not comprehend it.
As a former member of that, um, organization, let me say that scientologists believe in reincarnation (not called that, but they do believe that we all come back in a fresh new body). Doubtless he believed he was giving Terri a chance at a new and healthy body instead of being imprisoned in a damaged one for decades and that this was an act of kindness, not brutality.
He was wrong, but he acted based on his beliefs.
“Move On”
You are full of good advice tonight. Take it. :-)
So I have to ask. Have you met Tom Cruise?
My work here is done. :-)
Awww, Mongo straight...
Report Abuse is a wonderful thing.
LOL.
Jeb Bush let her die.
...
What did Bobby have to say about Jeb in the article?
