At this point Cruz’s only hope is that Trump won’t reach 1237. At this point he is just a tool for the GOPe. So much for the principled conservative. The chance of them actually giving him the nomination are non-existent. Not to mention that they most likely have all the details of his nasty exploits ready to end his political career any time they want.
