You seem to be very fixated on the legal (civil or criminal) aspects of this incident.
Myself (and my reason for posting it), I have an interest in the political aspect of this crime. In particular, this incident will be added to the ledger of ‘hate crimes’ that have occurred against muslims, and used in stats and memes - likely in this presidential election cycle.
I don’t particularly care who initiated it, who fights like a girl, who has a shot at a civil case or standing in a criminal case.
What I care about: Are the claims made by the ‘victim’ at a media event he invited the press to (with CAIR bozos standing behind him) accurate? Or, is he lying and stretching the truth to match a political agenda?
I think he is exaggerating at best, and lying at worst. This is the reason for the post - to add sunlight to the cockroach’s lies, as should be done every time a false claim is made that a muslim has been harmed in this nation.

But not number, two against one
Number 2 was mostly on the other side of the car.

Well, that is an element of it. Things looked very different in the Trayvon Martin case after white Hispanic got his day in court.
Earlier, I suggested that as far as Trump is concerned, it is a non-story. Maybe if it happened after the nomination, when the voters come from a different pool, but certainly not now with mostly Republicans voting. Trump's advantage is that his brand is very established, and an incident like this will not redefine him. As far as the broader political implications, I would just say that the most divisive president since the end of the 19th century has created the conditions where everyone is on edge.
I do not apologize for trying to look at the video in a objective manner. I'm not going to say in a local poduk case that the biker is always right and the Hispanic and or Muslim is wrong. As I said earlier, looks like offsetting fouls, no penalty on either side.

You’re wasting your time debating him. It’s Trump’s fault.

Im a Cruz supporter who found the article clever and well-conceived.
