Being tased does the same thing, and you drop in the same manner. the first LEO out of the forest behind Lavoy hit him with a taser he was holding in his left hand then dropped it after Lavoy went down, then went for his pistol with his right hand and cleared out of the line of fire from the other LEOs across the scene. If he dropped from a taser shot and was removed as a threat, THEN was then shot and killed, I would hope that more folks than me recognize that we have a problem here.

This video analysis is very compelling for me?

The misinformation on this case came out early on from the occupants of the vehicle, who claimed that Finicum was on his knees with his hands up when he was executed. They also claimed that the vehicle was shot hundreds of times. There was also misinformation about the case on the part of the FBI - it seems one FBI agent shot two rounds at the vehicle (one of which can be seen destroying the rear driver side window) right as the vehicle came to a stop, but he did not report that in the incident report. Finicum was not hit by any of those rounds. He had three gunshot wounds, all from the final confrontation.

Then what was the officer holding in his left hand as he approached Lavoy from the rear?

Why did Lavoy drop as the officer advances as he is deploying as one would deploy a taser?

What did this officer drop as he moved to his right?

What was this officer reaching for on his right side after he dropped the “unknown” object?

Were all the bullets (9?) found in him fired at the same time that all the officers perceived the threat of imminent danger? Or was he intentionally pumped full of bullets while he lay in the snow not posing any physical threat?

I watched the first VIDEO provided by the FBI (the one without sound) and noticed that there was a fresh trail (from some type of 4wd vehicle or quadrunner) leading off into the woods and apparently uphill some, starting from where the roadblock was located. This could be seen before the Finicum vehicle hit the roadblock because they panned the camera forward up the road and then came back to the truck.

In my opinion, some of the shots came from the Police/FBI surrounding Finicum, and the others came from snipers who were up in the woods.

If you look closely at the original mute video, you can see forest guy messing with the taser wires as he's rounding the bush after deployment.

No, I didn’t lie. I didn’t know that little factoid. When someone called me on it (you, I guess), I went back and did a little research and found that they were correct, so I corrected myself. That first shot (again, nonlethal) does not appear on the video nor is it discussed on the video.
