I was trapped in an elevator once. I yelled, and somebody got the maintenance man, who got the door open. Couldn’t she have yelled? Weren’t there people living in the building?

Literally speaking she wasn’t trapped for 30 days. She died long before that.According to "google" people can't live TOO much longer without water than three hours. So, she lasted ONLY about half a day, at most.
What is so sad is that no one missed her or cared enough to inquire about her.
This also may be just another Internet hoax.

Can you imagine how horrible a death this is?
How long was it before she realized that the sound of the power going was the sound of her impending and lingering doom?
How long before she understood that this dark, hot box would be the last thing she saw?
How long before she started to consume her own... to attempt to survive the ordeal?
I had read that her hands were mangled from attempting to pry open the doors.
Sometimes this world is overly cruel for no damn reason.
God Bless this unfortunate woman.
