I’m sure Mussolini said “Have a nice day” and Trump has probably said “Have a nice day”. Does that make Trump Mussolini?

I think that version goes “Better to con one hundred million voting sheep than live one term under a lion”.
They loved him so much they gave him a one way ticket to hell, where the currently resides.
Back on point, I see very little difference between Mussolini and Donald Trump.
Hitler was a non-smoker and vegan, loved hiking and nature conservation, was a dog-lover and promoter of animal rights, and by all reports was very kind and gentle with children
Those are all popular attributes. If Trump is to be criticized for a simplistic quote from Mussolini, then by the same standards, it makes most Americans genocidal nazis.

More important, Trump is conditioning his supporters to instantly accept the depravities straight ahead.

The other day he was campaigning on how he was going to change libel laws to make it easier for him to sue those who criticize him.
Next he’s going to campaign on how he’s going to make the trains run on time.
