Be interesting to know why he’d try to move an adult’s case into juvenile court. Unless it’s because the adult also had a name that ended in a vowel.
I have a friend who is a defense lawyer and defends the judge based on number of cases and such. He may very well be right, but in this case, he f’d up. It just came out that he didn’t ask the prosecuting attorney for his bail recommendation.
Kleine, the lead prosecutor said his attorney should have asked too.
I can understand why defense lawyers would like him. His ‘mistakes’ always run the same direction. And unlike most judges where you might suspect wrongdoing, this guy has a track record of proven corruption.
