Trump doesn’t need to. Just threatening to sue the unstable Cruz has discombobulated Cruz enough. It will all be over very quickly as Cruz is going down big time in South Carolina and Nevada.

Trump is all bark and no bite. Cruz’s threat to personally depose him probably ended DJT’s litigation fantasies once and for all. It would undoubtedly be one of the greatest depositions in legal history, though, if it happened.

He knows that if he files a suit against Cruz, that Cruz can put him under the microscope with discovery. Trump is a flim flam man. He has no intention of suing Cruz. He just makes noises and pretends to be a tough guy and pretends to be a conservative. He is an empty $5000 suit.
