What's breaking about this? It's about the 3rd or 4th time this news has been posted.

Not only that, but it's also a non-story. Just a faux tough statement from someone who sees that he won't get yet-another chance to do what he has so far failed to do. Not quite as embarrassing as Jeb's attempts to act tough, but not that far off, either.
