First, the term “birthers” reads like some little third-grade term. Second, who cares? We learned from the Democrats to elect whomever the party wants, qualifications be damned.

I’ll take ANYONE willing to stand up for America and Americans. Let’s try to get to that level before we argue about any other details. Hell, presidents FDR, Wilson, Lincoln, LBJ, Carter, Clinton were all perfectly qualified, yet, they did their best to ruin American liberties.

It`s a valid question that is also based on The Constitution. Attack the messenger all you want with that statement but IF the Trump supporters asking their ‘natural birth’ question are only interested in the rule of law then don`t expect others to stand down when they are asking an equally valid, rule of law question. (I believe some would also refer to that as being hoisted on your own petard, yes?) But that`s the nature of principles based on rule of law, better have a pretty squeaky clean record yourself!

” The Constitution. “

What Constitution? The one where the Supreme Court has rendered it ineffective? The one that said NO ONE has standing to challenge the Democrats electing a foreigner?? The one where citizens have little to no power to enforce it outside of the revolution? The one that the congress won’t use to enforce and impeach a traitorous president?

So far, that constitution is doing me little benefit.

All valid points, to be sure, but the points I made are equally valid and unchanged. I mean at this point in the game, it`s doubtful anyone is going to change the equation anyway, but there is a principle here, on both sides, yes? Why does Cruz get such scrutiny and Trump walks away unchallenged in the face of his big mouth statements? You know, for being such a supposedly ‘genius’ businessman, he sure as hell is a stupid crook!

“Why does Cruz get such scrutiny “

Not from me. I think he would be an excellent VP or AG. Heck, as AG he could wield some fantastic power and put his law degree to use.

But that does not change my mind, those that want to gain by a credo can fall by that credo.
