Well that's really meaningful coming from a Cruz supporter.

She's an idiot Romneybot. If you want to trade everything for immigration, America isn't America.

Lose on immigration and sooner or later you'll lose everything else.

If Hillary is elected even if she can't sign an amnesty bill she'll continue Obama's executive order amnesty, allowing millions of illegals to have millions of anchor babies who can't ever be deported. Most of them will be Democrat liberal voters when they grow up.

To prevent that someone who isn't an amnesty loving GOPe shill has to beat Hillary. Of those running Cruz and Trump are the only two men serious about stopping illegal immigration. I trust both of them to follow through if they win.

So the next question is: Which has a better chance of winning?

Coulter thinks it's Trump and so do I.

How’s President Romney been treatin’ ya? He was the guy with the ‘better chance of winning’ I hear.

Do you think Newt Gingrich or Rick Santorum would have done better? Newt who was driven from the House by his own party? Or Santorum who couldn't hold his senate seat?

In that field Romney was a... sort of tall guy among dwarfs.

Trump is far more conservative then [sic] Cruz.

Are you high?

Trump supports the Kelo decision 100%.
Trump praises single payer.
Trump said he was very pro-choice in response to a question about partial birth abortion.
Trump supports higher tax rates for the nation's best wealth creators.
Trump gives money to help Democrats win elections.

Trump is a natural leader

Trump is a businessman. He is not a leader. He simply buys influence instead.

Yes, Trump was liberal, loved the Clintons, his words, but now he is a consevative savior.

One would first have to be 'Conservative' in order to qualify as a conservative savior. Unfortunately, that disqualifies Donald Trump. Last time I checked, 'Conservative' positions did not include praising single payer, supporting the Kelo decision, or calling for higher tax rates for the top 1% of wealth creators. If a FR member started a thread here espousing those three positions, their thread would be zotted within minutes. Yet when Donald Trump holds these positions, he is a 'consevative savior'? Sounds like something a crackhead would say.

Hello!

You can fall for the BS that Cruz is a conservative and constitutional scholar, but: TPA, corker bill, H1B visas, Amnesty, GFG, Goldman Sachs. That's not the resume of a conservative. More like an obama love'n, donor owned puppet. Trump is a self made billionaire who has lead businesses all over the world, his platform is to "Make America Great Again" and he has track record to do it. Stop being a lemming, wouldn't you like to be a winner just once in your meaningless life?

What, did you work all night on that. I suspect you have no idea what a liberal or a conservative is. I also suspect you are not even old enough to vote. But feel free to come back when you are older and you have something worth while to say.

Still no response to Trump’s comments regarding government-paid health care? Not surprising.

That's a safe prediction because no one like Santorum will ever be nominated. I've heard all the excuses about splitting the vote and the GOPe's scheming, but a strong candidate - Trump for example - can beat the schemers, unite his vote and win the nomination. Weak candidates like Santorum and Gingrich couldn't.

Unlike some of the excuse makers I do think weakness in the primary translates into weakness in the general election. I'd apply that to Trump as well. If Trump squeaks in with a 33% win based on a divided moderate vote along with a divided conservative vote that will prove he's not as strong as he seems today.

My prediction is that he's stronger than his critics on the left in the GOPe and on the right here on FR think he is and he's nowhere near his ceiling, and that he'll be getting over 50% once a few more also rans drop out.

Maybe. Personally I think his actual support is a mile wide and an inch deep because those who would vote for him have a verified record of candidate hopscotch.

Less than a year ago they all called trump a clown, a fraud and 100 other not nice names. Noe they are all rah rah.

Less than a year ago Ted Cruz was likewise thought to be the golden bot. And look how fast his so called conservative supporters dropped him when the new hotness came to town.

You cannot trust this voter base because “we” simply aren’t a safe bet. We have proved it over and over. Lets face it. “No matter what” is not exactly a statement of principle or one principled people make.

People get pissed when I say that. They are also the ones candidate hopping and proving my point.

That's because everybody knows Trump is for private sector solutions. Well everybody but douche-bags like you.
