Trump would make a fine tyrannical dictator, if that was what we were looking for.
Are a majority of Trump supporters arrogant, uneducated, rude, impertinent, impudent, coarse, vulgar, orangutan, blustering bullies or are they just over represented by the trolls on Free Republic?
Trump could win the whole thing without any financial help from anybody. Somehow or other, that idea appeals to me.
My top issues are:
- Immigration. If we don’t stop Amnesty and deport illegals, America will die. I’m hoping Trump will not allow most illegals back once they are deported, but hoping a candiate is a liar is not a good thing (except in the democrat party).
- Obamacare. If we don’t repeal Obamacare without a replacement, America will die. I’m hoping Trump will keep his word to repeal that stupid and unconstitutional law.
- Guns. Given the dangers America is currently facing, we have to protect that absolute, God-given individual right, because it is necessary to the security of America as a free State
You sound like someone who should be supporting Cruz. He won’t let the deported illegals back in, has defended the 2nd Amendment and won before the Supreme Court and in Congress, and is the only one who has vowed to repeal Obamacare who has actually fought it.
Yes hyperbole! But, it would also have been hyperbole to characterize the young Hitler during his rise to power as the monster he was to become once he had gained total control of the government. The comparison is legitimate when one considers the similarities of Trump and Hitler at this phase of their rise to power and the manner and methods of their supporters.
I find it disturbing the number of Trump supporters here that support Trump because he is powerful and not bound to restraint. They cry out for Trump the benevolent tyrant! They have naivete to trust him. Trust a man who donated to the Clinton foundation, the Obama campaign and trades wives and party loyalties. What in his past makes him trustworthy, the only consistent principle in Trump's life is that Trump is advancing his own empire. He has no record for supporting liberty - not on guns, religion, healthcare, privacy, free markets, public morality, manners and decorum or on supporting allies and liberty abroad. But the Trump supporters do not care, they are fixated on only one issue. The tone of many Trump supporters and the final solution have much in common. Aryan'a blaming and displacing Semitics and Citizens blaming and displacing illegals has much the same psychology. The high road is despised by the arrogant and rude for a more coarse low road that will forever change the nation for the worse.
Yup. Absolutely. All this yapping and name calling is childish. The argumentative Cruz vs Trump vs Cruz ... BS is tiresome and results in nothing constructive other than proving the participants are bickering little children.
Hint: That's the kind of post that makes a lot of Cruz (a great candidate, and my fave) supporters look like utter morons.

Your comment is absurd. Like her or not, read her book “Adios, America.” Nothing will destroy this country as quickly as immigration/illegal aliens’s invasion. That is the biggest threat faced by this country.
I am. Cruz is my top choice by a huge margin. Trump is my backup, almost by default. Who else is left that is electable and close on those three issues, other than Cruz and then Trump?

Yes, Trump was liberal, loved the Clintons, his words, but now he is a consevative savior. I could maybe support a lot of what he claims to want to do, then I see idiots like you piling on Cruz and decide he is a lying reality tv star that has to repeatedly retreat to look up what a true conservative would say, usually after he has said something really stupid.

Trump is a natural leader—a Capitalist and a Patriot Thats what we need—not a Conservative Idealist. He can get the Job done better than anyone out there (at the moment). He will get people to work again—even if its building a wall, a pipeline, a canal and Raliroad.The rust belt may be rusty no more! He could solve many problems just by living in the White House. Our enemies will fear him (he’s nuts!) and our friends will love him.
