Trump is floating this for a reaction. I also don’t think he wants to attack Cruz. There is little for him to attack, for one thing, since it has been obvious from day one that they were together on the issues.
We don’t have a choice about the title. My eye surgery is giving me fits and I left the “s” off Reveals. Sorry.
Figured. No pressure on Cruz. :)

Trump knows how to rosin up the bow and pull it across the strings. From just a couple months ago:

Col. West is a great man and certainly one to be considered in a TRUMP/CRUZ administration. He walks the walk and has shown the world his true colors: red, white, and blue.

In the conclusion, it’ll be Ted Cruz (probably) asking Trump to be his VP, when Ted Cruz finishes with the most GOP convention delegates.
POTUS Ted Cruz’s assignments to VP Donald Trump:
1) build me a wall in three years
2) negotitate better deals
3) get the U.S. Senate straightened out (with Jess Sessions as Senate Majority Leader)

Humble apologies. Please correct the word “Reveal” to “Reveals” in my title. I have just had eye surgery. By the time I get through editing the article to keep out the extra symbols, I’m blind.
This keeps getting posted but it is untrue. I happened to be listening to the show and he said he was not ready to name although Laura pressed him.
Besides, to name a person campaigning against him would be outrageous, even for Trump.
Trump has pretty much ruled out Carson, Rubio and Fiorina with his comments on all three. He may appoint Sarah to a Cabinet post, most likely Energy. Oprah was always just humor on Trump’s part.
Have you ever dealt with Trump behind closed doors?
If you haven't, how would you know what Trump is like with his advisors?
Serious question, not trying to be snarky.
How about being practical. Cruz is 44 years old. Trump is 69.
What better scenario than to have Cruz at the top of the ticket for up to 16 years? Trump.will be the shock our government needs and then Cruz can be the awe. So call them the shock and awe team.
I also get a kick out of all the anti-Trump people here who don’t realize that maybe Trunp and Cruz had this planned out all along.
And Sarah Palin too! Another Trump booster who stands to play a valuable role in a Trump Administration.
I don’t think it is outrageous at all. Of course he can’t name Cruz or anyone else now due to the rules, but he wouldn’t do it anyway without Cruz’s knowledge. I do think he was floating the idea to gage reaction.

I personally think he may choose someone other than a candidate. But we’ve got a
few months to go before that decision is going to be made.
