I agree. And while he’s a very strong leader, I also doubt Trump has the right experience to be President as well. It’s not a great job for OTJ training. That’s why I prefer Cruz as my FIRST pick. OTH, I’ve been convinced Trump believes in what he says, which is why I’ll happily pick him over someone like Rubio or Jeb.

Carson may not be your man, HOWEVER, calling a BRAIN SURGEON an idiot is quite arrogant. Most likely he has a far higher IQ than the person calling him an idiot - which he is clearly not, nor could be to have accomplished what he has.
That said, I think people confuse intelligence with knowledge (and separately again, wisdom). You can be intelligent but not knowledgeable. You can be knowledgeable but not particularly intelligent. You can be intelligent and knowledgeable but still be a fool (lack wisdom). Etc.
You can claim he isn’t knowledgeable about topics he’ll need to know if President but to claim he’s an idiot is pretty low IQ stuff as well.
I didn’t write the article, nor do I think he is an idiot. I have listed my concerns with Carson many times.. his support for amnesty, gun control TPP, death panels, his outrageously dangerous and ill informed comments on foreign policy and national security, need to gain attention. At the present time there are approximately 20% of voters who support this man. Something needs to wake them up and get them to look at his policies.
Look, there are a lot of things that you can say about Dr. Carson.
You can say he’s wrong on some of the issues. (What candidate isn’t?) You can say that he believes some things that the rest of us find somewhat odd. You can say that he has had a lot of verbal stumbles.
But a man who was chief of pediatric neurosurgery at one of America’s finest hospitals, Johns Hopkins, is not an idiot. Idiots don’t get to that kind of position, even if they are minorities.

I don’t think he’s an idiot. I think he is wrong for supporting amnesty, gun control, TPP, and death panels to name a few issues. I also thinks he is unprepared to lead on foreign policy and national security. I think the Black guy writing the article was engaging in hyperbole because Carson supporters are not paying attention to the issues and something needs to get their attention.

I don’t consider grocery shopping a social gathering, inasmuch as I can do the whole thing without uttering a word to anybody. Put me in a situation where I am expected to chit chat, and it’s a race to see how quickly I can get out of there. LOL
Well, one of us has worked at a state hospital closely with psychiatrists, and has seen this type of behavior - and that one is ME! Like I said, you are spewing stupidity and ignorance. Most doctors I’ve ever worked with self-medicate, and I’m certain that Dr. Carson does the same. Now, get yourself some education and you won’t be such a moron.
