Very good! Other substitutes can be Napa cabbage leaves, eggplant in thin slices for moderation of carbohydrates, and bread strips made from cream cheese and eggs cooked like pancakes on a grill or in a pan to make a flat bread.

Yes. I wanted to clarify the distinction particularly for the other readers who wouldn’t necessarily pickup on such a distinction about the abnormal functioning of the metabolism even with a healthy diet.
