Anybody want to guess how long it will take the elites to denand all the little people stop taking showers and use dirt spray “for the good of the planet”?
Have you ever smelled a wild bear? They have a distinctly pungent odor. If you don’t bathe you will smell exactly like a bear.
Just watch, the eco-nuts will get hold of this as means to limit our water usage, I just KNOW that’s where this is leading....California...you’re up first for laws mandating that you use this...just watch.
I like nice fragranced soap...I just looked up Caswell-Massey Newport and it sounds good. I tend to like fresher/more masculine scents rather than sickeningly sweet ones.
"Newport
Packaged in blues as calming as the sparkling seas of Newport Harbor, our Newport fragrance recaptures the outdoor spirit with the scent of crisp summer breezes and polished wooden yachts. The notes in our Newport fragrance will appeal to men and women. The top notes are crisp and clean green notes accented with bergamot, mandarin and lemon. The mid notes of geranium, lavandin, muguet and rose, give character to the fragrance. The long lasting dry down is soft, warm, and sensual-redolent with amber, sandalwood, vanilla and cedar."
Not flowery...more like men's cologne.
I wonder how he gets the dingleberries out of his butt hairs.
“I have one luxury in life my wife buys me Caswell ell Massey soap called Newport it is heavenly shower even when I dont need it”
I’ll take your Man Card please.
Hhe’s got a smell that can cast a shadow
One of the best sensations is taking a shower after a sweaty work or exercise experience. The feeling of getting clean and fresh is a tremendous pleasure. I can’t see how spraying a chemical on myself will achieve the same sensation.
He'd be the very definition of a speed date.
Yeah, he’s definitely in the “FriendZone”!
My kids didn’t take baths until they were almost 3. Saved us a boatload on water and soap.
Maybe the penpal zone or Facebook zone would be more appropriate?
The a hole can have my long hot steamy shower when Hell freezes over.
Water is therapeutic.
Despite all the snarky comments, this guy has a point. However, this is a ridiculously complex subject, just saying.
To start with, by weight, the microorganisms people carry around with them weight more than the cells in our bodies. Mostly viruses (most of which eat bacteria), bacteria, and lots of other microorganisms, such as yeasts, fungus, protozoa, etc., of which in this case we are only concerned with the bacteria.
They bacteria are subdivided into three major different groups, with a lot of overlap. Internally, the upper GI tract bacteria are mostly Firmicutes, which are aerobic, oxygen loving digestive bacteria, essential for us to get a lot of nutrition out of our food. The lower GI tract bacteria are much older, evolutionary speaking, are anaerobic, oxygen hating, and don’t digest our food as well, called Bacteroidetes.
This second group are just the cat’s pajamas in our colon, but anywhere else in the body can be bad news, causing a lot of serious health problems.
The third group are our skin bacteria, which are unique enough to us as people that they could be used like fingerprints. From our knees to our navels, there is a dense band of what is called “coliform” or fecal bacteria, which is pretty much integrated with our skin, to the point where it is close to impossible to completely sanitize.
When you touch this area, you can easily contaminate your hands, which is why we are encouraged to wash our hands after going to the bathroom.
The rest of our skin typically has much less harmful, and even helpful bacteria. Helpful mostly because by their being there, bad bacteria cannot occupy the same space. But these “good” bacteria do a lot of skin maintenance for us.
The largest type of good skin bacteria are the Staphylococcus (unless they enter open wounds). They actually release a chemical that dampens inflammation in the skin. While *some* inflammation is good, too much of it can lead to problems. Importantly, they are resistant to compounds secreted by our skin that attack harmful bacteria. While in the majority, they are only 1 type of a hundred types of common skin bacteria.
