No Tony DID NOT swerve and hit Kevin. Kevin walked out onto the Track into the lane the cars were in while slowing down under a Caution Flag.

I saw the footage the very night it happened. I watched it over and over about 50 times.

There was extensive investigation using All angles of footage from many sources: TV, Track and Fan videos by the Sheriff Dept. The Investigators scrutinized All the video down to fractions of an inch using a Grid Pattern superimposed onto the videos and found NO wrong doing by Tony.

The Criminal charges were never filed due to lack of evidence showing Tony at fault.

The Ward Family is Still trying Civil Suits to no avail.

Tony's Lawyers are trying to work out a settlement with the Ward Family.

Last I heard a few months ago there was still no agreement made.

BTW have either of You ever sat in the seat of one of those cars ?

Probably not.

There is a sheet metal panel on the Drivers right at head level to prevent clods of dirt and dust being thrown up by the other cars rear tyres from hitting the Drivers in the Helmet as the cars are being Power slid around the Track.

There is zero visibility out the right side of the cars.

PS- Toxicology tests showed Ward was “under the influence of marijuana at the time”.
