It’s not a guitar nor a paddle; it’s a bowl, with a mixing spoon & pasta drying rack above it. Below the bowl is a cutting/rolling board, and a pasta cutting tool.
The one on the far left is the anachronism; a stick figure Plains Indian, with a single feather sticking up on top of the middle of his head, standing in front of a teepee.
The mystery is the seated figure with the standing bird inside the pen.
Where's my grant money?
Then again royal names have frequently been reused over the centuries, and not always one right after another as was the case with the Rameses clan or the Ptolemys.
