Arby’s responds to low-level vegetarian outrage with cheeky help line instead of caving

Newbie to FR and my first post so hope I'm doing this right. America has problems way more serious than vegan outrage over bacon, no offense to vegans...probably healthier than I am anyway, 'cause I'm going for the bacon. Whether you fall on the side of bacon,or not, or somewhere in between, Arby's response is refreshing. Critiques of post welcomed and appreciated so I can do better next time. (I didn't read the "caution do not" section first; livin' on the edge)

back in canadastan, I grew up with 2 burgers other than McD’s: Arby’s and Harvey’s. RB Cheddar melts were my burgers back in high school. RB ain’t RB without the cheese.

They used to be great. In the 2000s their meat lost a lot of flavor. I don’t know how they managed that but they did.

Wow, there’s a challenge! How often when you do order out do you have to walk out of the restaurant when you find out they serve Pepsi products? I’d suspect you are cutting yourself out of at least 60% of all restaurants in the US.
