Unconstitutional federal funding of global warming issues gets us back to the 17th Amendment.
More specifically, given that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for PC global warming purposes, the feds have no constitutional authority tax and spend for such a purpose.
But since low-information voters go home after voting for their favorite senators and watch football, voters are oblivious to the major problem that corrupt senators are working in cahoots with the corrupt House to pass unconstitutional legislation like global warming-related appropriations bills.
And who knows where such unaccountable funding actually ends up? Such funding should never have left the states.
The 17th Amendment needs to disappear.
A UN person told the truth once and said global warming was their most important tool to destroy capitalism (I prefer the term “Free Markets” to karl marx’s term “capitalism”).
Good for Rep. Smith!
Hey he and the republicans voted money to the government to do this. Hypocrit.
NASA has been one of the worst promoters of this junk science. Hard to believe you did not know this, but welcome aboard. Better late than never. This just shows us how far we have to go in the information wars.
