Ted Cruz is the only one consistently opposed to amnesty.
Walker has been all over the map. He now says he’s on the side of the rule of law. Not sure I believe him.
Walker could be a blocker for Bush and running for the VP spot. His good friend is RNC chair Preibus, an amnesty whore and his other good friend is Ryan, another amnesty whore.

While Cruz could be nominated as VP, I think to a great extent it would be a “ticket to nowhere”, and likewise, the establishment would fight him tooth and claw to prevent him from becoming POTUS.

However, that being said, there is an extremely powerful role Cruz could be given, as a justice of the Supreme Court, that would give conservatives domination over the judicial branch.

McConnell in the senate would agree to it, if for no other reason than to get Cruz out of the senate, and thus no longer pestering him.

Importantly, by all accounts, Cruz is a brilliant legal scholar. By being appointed to the court, he would end the perpetual 5-4 and 4-5 votes with that worm Kennedy acting as a swing vote. Kennedy always votes with the conservatives for routine votes, but with the liberals for the important votes.

Kennedy craves to have his name in the legal textbooks for being the swing vote. A justice Cruz would end that b.s. and make the court fully conservative, usually 6-3 for most votes, and 5-4 again for the important ones. Kennedy would be powerless.

What would this accomplish in the short term?

1) The end of Obamacare.
2) All the wretched cases of federal overreach and abuse by the bureaucracy would be shot down, one after another. As soon as the court heard them.
3) The power of the presidency would be curtailed as well.
4) From that point, the systematic dismantling of LBJ’s “Great Society” and FDR’s “New Deal” as unconstitutional. Resulting in a vast shift in power from the feds to the states and the people.

The bottom line is that a justice Ted Cruz could be even more powerful than a president Ted Cruz.
