After all, the generally accepted idea is that all humans originated in Africa. Only difference is when our ancestors left.
For all you know they would. You have to remember this is a Black nationalist newspaper targeting a specific audience. They don't speak for Ghana, and I don't think there is anyting in the article that says Ghana is denying work visas for whites. So go ahead and try and let us know how it works.
That was examined. That's how my wife was determined to have a black ancestor.
And, no doubt, a far higher standard of behavior than many of our home-grown neighbors of African descent.
