Got to remember that, had Clint Eastwood had gotten the BD nomination, AS would have had a chance. When Mr. Eastwood was snubbed the movie had no chance. Remember you have to have for the BD to be able to win BP. That is an unwritten rule in the Oscars.

The only movie I remember her in is being a porn star in that movie about porn. Not sure I can name what else she’s been in.
I think most remember Moore from the 1993 film Short Cuts where she did an entire 15 minute scene nude from the waist down.
And, yes, the carpet matched the drapes.

the point is that box office isn’t the number one priority with the Oscars. Sometimes the winning films are populist (Forrest Gump, Titanic, Return of the King) most times they are not.

Well I was hoping that maybe just maybe American Sniper would win, even though the odds were against them..I thought maybe their chances improved when they did win that one award tonight(I forgot for what category)
