I find Korean dramas addictive.
There was an old TV series called “The Invaders” starring Roy Thinness”. I have seen recently that it is still popular in France.

Its the future of TV. Sleeper shows that failed in their home country now get a second run at life on the Internet.
And the way TV shows are released make them profitable moreso than even on cable.
I loved the way the aliens burned up when they died.
I’ve seen “The Great Doctor”, “The Secret Garden and “City Hunter” - outstanding Korean TV shows.
The model is different - usually one season of 20-24 episodes. Once you start watching you’re hooked. Probably Korea’s best foreign export next to their cars.
I got totally hooked on an Aussie series called “Danger 5”, basically imagine if WWII was fought during the 60s instead of the 40s. It’s just flat out wacky.
There was that sort of techno-espionage thing called A Man Called Sloane.
Invaders was good for its day. He must have made a lot of money as an architect before going alien hunting since he seemed to travel all the time and didn’t seem to do any kind business.
I loved that Gerry Anderson movie that Thinnes was in at about the same time. It’s hard to find.

It is one whacked out funny show. Better than a lot of stuff here.

The Invaders came here from Light Years away using Technology far beyond our comprehension.
They had really cool Gadgets including devices that could kill Humans while mimicking death from natural causes.
They hid in plain sight and assumed high ranking positions in our Government without detection.
Yet, they couldn’t get their Pinky Fingers to bend.
That’s right. I forgot hat was a QM production.
My favorite character was “Torque” with the robotic arm/hand.

Torque was cool, esp as a 70s kid.
Good ole QM and several other long time staffers that went with him to later stuff in those credits.
I’d would have probably liked to work under QM. Lee Merriwether spoke very high of him as a person when I saw her at a Dragoncon long time back.

Whoever played the “prince” (the rival to our hero) he was one cute guy. I really had a crush on him!
