I have long avocated nitrogen asphxyiation as a means of execution. It is painless, all natural (the atmosphere is already 70% nitrogen), 100% effective and simple to administer.

It requires:
1 medical breathing mask
1 regulator
1 tube between the regulator and the nitrogen supply
a supply of nitrogen (welding gas)

a brain wave monitor is optional.

The procedure is to turn on the regulator to supply 1.1% atmosphere of nitrogen and wait until the brain wave monitor goes flat (between 5 to 10 min). Works for all sizes, sexes, and sanity.
