“Imagine” that.
Bentley tests positive for CUTENESS!!! He is just so super cute so glad he is going to be OK and that Nina seems to be doing better..can’t wait for those two to be reunited
Tell you one thing
He test positive for being cute LOL!
Cute name, too.
Seems like the British press keeps rubbing it in to the Spanish. They just need the subtitle, “meanwhile beloved Excalibur is still dead”.
Suspected he wouldn’t have been exposed. Nina Pham was admitted with minor symptoms, to my recollection. The dogs in Africa had been exposed by eating infected animal carcasses, and even then weren’t symptomatic. As I understood that 2005 CDC study, they had antibodies but no detectable infection.
Thanks so much for the link, I already thanked them for taking such good care of Bentley..such an adorable pooch, did you see the pic of him playing with his new toy
OH yes. I would gladly risk a little Ebola to keep the little cutie company!
That is new one I saw that LOL!
He looks a little bit like my little Maxie so just that face, I want to squeeze his cheeks so bad!!
I noticed that too. Tragic but funny. The ancient rivalry lives!
“Seems like the British press keeps rubbing it in to the Spanish.”
If there is a developing human - human Ebola epidemic in the UK or US, and there is any truth at all to the theory that Ebola can hide in dogs, there won’t be sufficient facilities to observe pets for x-number of days.
The Brits killed millions of sheep and cattle over an outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease in 2001:

And at the outbreak of WWII panicky Brits killed an untold number of pets.:

Like I always told my dog, “if it comes down to me or you, it’s gonna be you.”
Good news, cool site. Thanks for posting.
Thanks for that Facebook link. Great place, good news.
When I first hear about this dog I decided do google search found it
I been following the recovery on their facebook page they really updating it
And Bentley was no threat unless somebody ate him.
*Bushmeat* is the unspoken key to “contact with dead animals”.
Any time; he’s so cute as a button and I’m glad they let him live and studied him for carrying virus.
