For many years, up until the addition of the International Terminal at San Francisco Airport there was a sculpture of St. Francis of Assisi, that looked similar to this one:

The SFO sculpture was taller, more slender and had a metallic back, making it look (from the backside view) like a giant dildo. I was unaware of any complaints likely because many viewed it as a "welcome home" symbol.

Years ago, I went to the local clinic for medical reasons. As I waited in the room for the doctor I noticed there was a statue of a penis in the cabinet. I figured it was for medical exhibition like sculptures of hearts or lungs.

Then I noticed something strange about. I turned the sculpture around and there was a labeled carving of...Saint Peter on the back side.
