One of my former customer and current friends has an Anshutz .22LR for US Olympic competition, which he always just misses the last cut. But he’s #2 or #3 here in PA, and in top 5 Nationally. It’s an amazing piece of hardware. I’ve shot it several times, and it takes some serious getting used to. Very unusul and unnatural feeling, until I got used to it. He paid $5-6k for it, years ago, and upgrades it every year. Deadly accurate piece.

That is one expensive 22!
I’ll stick with the Ruger 10/22

They look very ergonomic to me.

Good evening mylife. In high school I got to shoot an Anshutz .22 target rifle. Compared to the Remington 513Ts and the Winchester 52Cs that we had it was a very nice rifle. The 52s were no slouch either but the Anshutz had adjustable stock for pull and drop where the 52s could only adjust for pull, drop was very limited IIRC.

Weight wise the 52C and the Anshutz were about the same, around 91/2 pounds I think but the Anshutz seemed to fit a little better, imagine that.

The do but their scout rifles are pricy and use proprietary mags.

Mossberg is cheaper and uses Military mags
