Paragraphs are our friends.....what unreadable tripe. Paragraphs don't help.

There are printed stories about Rommel hiring somebody, in the late 1930s, to drive him to all the major battlefields that Bedford commanded in, so Rommel could see why NBF deployed his troops the way he did. Unless Nathan Bedford Forrest campaigned in Italy, France, Poland, or North Africa then no, Rommel didn't. Rommel never visited the U.S., and the only time he left Germany was when he was invading somewhere.

Don't worry, jmac - Nathan Bedford Forrest is safely dead lo these many years, so you can snipe at him from behind your keyboard in safety.
Though it is said that Chuck Norris and Jack Bauer STILL check under their beds for Bedford Forrest before they go to sleep... LOL! :)

Paragraphs don't help.
Unfortunately. They never seem to help on a wannabe Confederate thread trying to rehabilitate a racist murderer.

Yeah Johnny Reb and William Tecumseh Sherman's feet have been off the floor for just about as long. So why don't you "Johnny Reb'' wanna-be's quit fighting the War of Southern Aggression'' move out of your parents basements and get a girlfriend.

Well dog my cats! My apologies sir. My great-great grandfather served with The Surgeon General Office as a medical clerk in Wash.DC in 1864.
