Last May the communist Bill De Blasio aka Warren Wilhelm, paid out $98 million of taxpayer cash to settle a bogus lawsuit filed by a black group claiming the FDNY doesn't hire enough blacks. So as result, they have this kind of crap going on now. People not qualified being hired ANYWAY or having their butts coddled. How much time in advance did this woman have to prepare? She chose not to, hey but when you are a member of the protected class you don't have to prep! If the FDNY don't like it sue their butt and become a millionaire!
